David Housey joins Catapult Groups as Group Leader
Housey will lead Las Vegas mastermind group
Las Vegas, NV, March 3, 2014 – Catapult Groups, a peer advisory firm for CEOs and business owners today announced David Housey as Group Leader in Las Vegas. Housey joined the firm on February 17, 2014. In his new role, Housey will be responsible for building a mastermind group of 12-14 members, each from non-competing industries, and facilitating monthly peer advisory meetings. In addition, Housey will provide mentorship and executive coaching to his Catapult Groups members.
Mr. Housey brings to his position more than twenty years of experience having served as President, COO, and Managing Partner of growth firms in both the United States and Canada. Mr. Housey is the Founder and President of PolyVista, a strategic consultancy based in Las Vegas where he works with businesses to develop comprehensive financial forecasting that integrates cash management, operations and decision making.
Prior to 2010, Mr. Housey served as the COO and CFO at Ascent Solutions, where he created and integrated procedures for all major systems including lead acquisition, quoting, sales, and account management. In addition, Mr. Housey was President and CFO with Vancouver-based StonePoint Global Brands, where he was responsible for the strategic management of the company’s various subsidiaries. During his tenure, the company reduced overhead by half and increased capacity by five times: a tenfold efficiency gain. Mr. Housey has been licensed as a CPA since 1992. In addition to completing project work in China, he has lived and worked in Buenos Aires and Caracas.

Born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Mr. Housey holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Michigan State University.
